1. About BubbleWave

BubbleWave — Deep Pop uses an ocean-aquamarine palette inspired by deep-sea bioluminescence. It is a reflex game where players pop rising bubbles before they escape through the surface. Starts with 12 pops. Free for personal entertainment; no account or payment required.

No purchases. No currencies. No loot boxes. No gambling. No prizes.

2. Acceptance

Using BubbleWave means you accept these Terms. You're free to stop at any time.

3. No Real Money

No payment screen, no virtual economy, no randomised paid rewards, no premium unlocks, no prize competitions.

4. Permitted Use

Personal non-commercial play only. Automated scripts, bots, and commercial redistribution are prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All game design, code, art, and branding belong to the BubbleWave team. Google Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font Licence v1.1.

6. Mechanics Disclosure

BubbleWave spawns normal, toxic, and gold bubbles that rise from the bottom. Normal bubbles score based on size × wave. Gold bubbles score 200 points. Toxic bubbles cost 1 pop if tapped. Normal bubbles that escape the top cost 1 pop. Wave number increases with score. Spawn rate and rise speed increase each wave.

7. Pops & Difficulty

Mechanics are explained on the in-game start screen. Difficulty parameters may be adjusted in future updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

As the game is entirely free, our total liability shall not exceed zero.
